2 9 RELEVANT INFORMATION ON ORBEA RS
LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES
For your safety, read the entire User Man-
ual before using Orbea RS batteries and
chargers.
Contact Orbea or an authorised dealer
for information on installing and adjusting
products not found in the User Manual.
The instructions below must be followed at
all times to avoid injury or damaging the
equipment and the environment.
The information in the following manual
applies to both the internal battery and the
Range Extender.
COMPATIBILITY NOTICE. GEN2 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
COMPONENTS
The Orbea components of the electrical system (internal
battery -540Wh or 360Wh-, Range Extender, cable harness
and Smart Charger) are not compatible with Rise, Kemen
or Urrun models from ranges prior to 2023. These Orbea
Ebike Systems components from the 2023 range are de-
