USE OF THE ORBEA RS TOOLBOX
The Orbea RS Toolbox is not compatible
with the simultaneous use of the native
Garmin Edge Shimano STEPS application
in Edge 530, 830, 1030 and 1030 Plus
devices.
Toolbox, disconnect or remove the bicycle
from your Garmin device's sensor list. This
limitation does not depend on the Toolbox
but is put in place by Garmin.
CONNECT YOUR BICYCLE TO THE ORBEA RS TOOLBOX
RS Toolbox screen and then turn on your bicycle so that the
remaining battery data appears in Toolbox right away. Oth-
erwise, the remaining battery level will be displayed once a
certain distance has been ridden and the battery level has
When Toolbox is started up, it will connect to the bicycle
with the strongest signal (usually the closest) and once
connected will pair permanently with that bicycle. If you
experience connection problems, make sure that your
bicycle is the only one that is turned on to facilitate the
connection.

Displays the system's current assist mode

BATTERY:
If an external Range Extender battery is connected, the
system will take into account the total combined capacity
of the internal battery and the Range Extender and the
Toolbox will display the remaining battery percentage, ta-
king into account the charge of both batteries.
