is connected to (Gen2 internal battery or Gen2 Range Ex-
tender) and adapts the charging current accordingly.

POSSIBLE ERROR SOLUTION

Excesive current protection · Disconnect the battery.
· Inspect the cable and charging port for dirt, moisture or foreign
objects.
· If the problem does not disappear, contact an Orbea dealer.
Short-circuit protection · Disconnect the battery.
· Inspect the cable and charging port for dirt, moisture or foreign
objects.
· If the problem does not disappear, contact an Orbea dealer.
Over-temperature protection · Wait until the charger temperature is within the charging range.
· If the problem does not disappear, contact an Orbea dealer.
Inaction protection The amount of time connected to the power supply or battery
without effectively charging exceeds the set limit by far.
Abnormal communication Contact an Orbea dealer.
