the skill of most users.

Rise electrical system. Damage to components
resulting from incorrect installation could void the
warranty on those components.
Rise uses handlebars from the OC Compo-
nents Mountain Control range, which have a
hole at the rear of the stem clamping area
and a hole at each end of the handlebars to
allow internal routing through the handlebars
of the electrical system's remote control and
the Di2 shift lever (in selected models).
It is possible to mount non-OC handlebars
without an internal cabling option in the han-
dlebar. In this case, the cables of the elec-
trical system remote and the Di2 shift lever
will be routed on the outside of the mounted
handlebar.
Rise uses the stems from the OC Compo-
nents Mountain Control range, which allows
the cables of the electrical system to enter
through a groove in the lower part of the
stem for routing into the interior of the OC
handlebars.
Depending on the assembly, a Shimano Di2
connector may have been installed inside the
OC stem (see images below for different as-
sembly options).
TECHNICAL MANUAL
If a non-OC stem is mounted using the uni-
versal collector for the HS02 headset (see
the headset section of this manual), it may be
necessary for the wiring of the electrical sys-
tem and the Di2 connector to be left outside
the stem if the newly installed stem does not
space to accommodate the Di2 connector
inside the stem body.
Orbea does not guarantee the compatibility
assemblies. Check the feasibility of mounting
new components before installing them.
