CONNECTION OF THE CABLE
HARNESS TO THE INTERNAL BATTERY
To connect the RS cable harness to the internal battery,
make sure that the pins and tab on the cable and the bat-
tery port match up in the correct position.
Once the cable harness connector and battery connector
make contact, turn the locking ring on the cable harness
connector anti-clockwise and press the cable connector
into the battery connector.
When the connection between the cable and the battery is
complete, release the locking ring so that it returns to the
original position and secures the connection.
TECHNICAL MANUAL
If the locking ring does not return to its original position
when released, the connection is not secure.
You can pull gently on the cable harness connector to
check that it is securely attached to the internal battery.

CABLE ROUTING IN THE MOTOR
COMPARTMENT AND DISASSEMBLY
OF THE CABLE HARNESS
The battery cable must be routed over the left inner motor
attachment bushing to allow installation of the motor.
It is necessary to remove the motor from the frame to
replace the cable harness.

accessing the cable harness and the start button.
