CAUTION
This air conditioner adopts the R454B refrigerant which
does not destroy the ozone layer .
• R454B refrigerant has a high working pressure and is apt to be
affected by impurities such as water, oxidizing membrane, and
oils. Therefore, during installation work, be careful that water,
dust, previous refrigerant, refrigerating machine oil, or other
substances do not enter the R454B refrigeration cycle.
• Special tools for R454B or R410A refrigerant are required for
installation.
• For connecting pipes, use new and clean piping materials, and
make sure that water and/or dust does not enter.
• LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM installed. Unit must be powered
except for service.
• Continuous air circulation required for proper functioning. Unit
must be powered except for service.
• This unit is equipped with electrically powered safety measures.
To be effective, the unit must be electrically powered at all
times after installation, other than when servicing.
• Since the mildly flammable refrigerant R454B is used, for the
installation conditions and safety precautions for indoor units,
outdoor units, etc., refer to the "Precautions for using R454B
refrigerant" in the outdoor unit Installation Manual and do the
installation works.

• Do not climb onto or place objects on top of the Shut-off
Valve box .
You may fall or the objects may fall off of the Shut-off Valve box
and result in injury.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
