F. Set the "Moulder" switch to "Auto" (fig.3, n°19).
G. Press the green "Auto cycle start" button (fig.3, n°16).

When there is no more dough in the volumetric divider:
A. Press the red "Auto cycle stop" button (fig.3, n°17).

Procedure in Manu mode (fig.3)
A. Switch on the line using the isolator switch located on the electrical enclosure (fig.3, n°12).
B. Press the "general start" button (fig.3, n°18).
C. Set the "Volumetric divider" switch to "Manu" (fig.3, n°14).
This mode enables the volumetric divider to be used on its own; the compressor timer will start
(around 30 seconds) then the volumetric divider will start without the transfer/rounding belt operating.
Once the desired quantity has been obtained in line with the counter setting or by setting the
"Volumetric divider" switch to "Auto" or pressing the red "Auto cycle stop" button, the volumetric
divider will stop and its belt will run on for 20 seconds in order to discharge all the dough pieces
remaining on it.
D. Set the "Moulder" switch to "Manu" (fig.3, n°19).
This mode enables the moulder to be used on its own; it will start together with its outfeed belt (TRF).
To stop this mode, the "Moulder" switch must be set to "Auto" or the "Auto cycle stop" button must be
pressed. The moulder and outfeed belt (TRF) unit will then stop after 30 seconds in order to
discharge all the dough pieces exiting.
Other control button functions (fig.3)
The rounder button enables the rounding or transfer mode to be used (fig.3, n°20).
The red "Volumetric divider oil low" light indicates a lack of oil in the volumetric divider (the
oil must be topped up) (fig.3, n°15).
