Hiermit bestätige ich, dass der feuerwiderstandsfähige Revisionsöffnungsverschluss UniSpace 90 hinsichtlich
der Einzelheiten fachgerecht und unter Einhaltung aller Bestimmungen der allgemeinen bauamtlichen Zulassung,
bzw. der allgemeinen Bauartgenehmigung Z-6.55-2529 des Deutschen Institutes für Bautechnik (DIBt) vom 27.11.2020 eingebaut wurde.
Für die nicht vom Unterzeichner selbst hergestellten Bauprodukte oder Einzelteile wird dies ebenfalls bestätigt, aufgrund
- der vorhandenen Kennzeichnung der Teile entsprechend den Bestimmungen der in der aBG aufgeführten abP
- eigener Kontrolle
- entsprechend schriftlicher Bestätigung der Hersteller der Bauprodukte oder Teile, die der Unterzeichner zu seinen Akten genommen hat.

has been installed properly with regard to the details and in compliance with all provisions of the general building
authority approval and/or the general type approval Z-6.55-2529 of the Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt) dated 27/11/2020.
This is also confirmed for construction products or individual parts not manufactured by the signatory itself on the basis of
- the existing labelling of the parts in accordance with the provisions of the abP set out in the general type approval
- its own checks
- in accordance with written confirmation from the manufacturers of the construction products or parts, which the signatory
has included in its records.
