A) Control panel it is equipped with the control devices needed to operate the appliance

B) Presser: it is associated with an interlock device (micro switch ). The appliance stops
when the lever is lifted.
C) Disk carriage lid: equipped with a product insertion opening, it protects the user
against contact with the cutting disks.
D) Container: it receives processed product and is associated with an interlock device (mi-
cro switch ). The appliance will not start if the container is incorrectly positioned.

CONTROL DESCRIPTIONS
