• Close supervision is required when the appliance is used by or near
children.
• This appliance may be used by children aged from 8 years above and by
people with reduced physical, sensory and mental capacity or people
with lack of experience or knowledge, as long as under supervision or
they have been given instructions of how to use the appliance in a safe
way and are able to understand the potential hazards on doing so.
• Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than
8 years.
• Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction appliance in safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with appliance.
Note: The failure to comply with these safeguards may compromise the
appliance and the user security.
• The use of accessories not recommended by the appliance manufacturer
may result in fire, electric shock and personal injuries.
• In case of failure and/or malfunction of the appliance, unplug it from the
power outlet and do not try to repair it yourself.

• In case of misuse or failure to comply with the instructions,
the manufacturer declines any responsibility and will void the respective
warranty.
• This appliance was developed to extract beverages through the use of
Delta Q capsules. Delta Q capsules quality is guaranteed when Delta Q
capsules are used in Delta Q appliances.
• The machines and capsules that make up the Delta Q system have been
developed and tested to ensure the extraction of the perfect espresso.
The use of Delta Q capsules ensures perfect compatibility with Delta Q
devices, reducing any potential technical issues while meeting the
quality standards of a Delta Q espresso.
Any damage to Delta Q equipment that could occur from the use of
other types of capsules may, under certain circumstances, be fully and
exclusively the responsibility of the user.
