Check that the battery is properly inserted
into the slot. If the battery is correctly
positioned and there is still the error,
recharge the battery and try again, replace
the battery if the error does not go away.
Start-up error may be caused by: motor
breakage, transmission breakage or
disconnected/damaged motor cables.
Contact a Stocker specialist dealer to
check the tool.
If the temperature probe is faulty, it can
cause the chainsaw to overheat and
possible personal injury or property
damage. Contact the Stocker specialist
dealer to check the tool and replace the
circuit board.
Wait for it to cool down and try again.
Overcurrent The chainsaw is experiencing
excessive strain. Turn the chainsaw off and
on again and cut by exerting less pressure
on the chain.
The control board (PCB) is short-circuited.
Contact the specialist dealer for the
replacement of the component.

Turn off the chainsaw, remove the battery
and check for foreign objects blocking
the chain or sprocket. Then try again. If
still does not work, contact the dealer for
motor replacement (likely internal rotor
breakage).
