- Página 5 EXPLANATION [4] Accelerate the rotation of the gear in a counterclockwise direction with your forefinger{A}. The oscillator will engage and lock the OSG gear as shown{B}. [5]Rotate slowly in the opposite direction to free the oscillator. [6]Test with a multi meter both microswitch terminals for continuity{A}. Depress the microswitch while probing continuity and listen for interruption of continuity{B}.

- Página 7 EXPLANATION [7](Re)install the lift (see the installation manual). [8]Disconnect the 9-way seatloom on the HAN125 PCB{A}. Connect the supplied OSG test connector{B}. [9]Turn on the lift{A}. Drive the lift so that it is at least 3 ft(0,9 m) from a boarding point{B}. [10]Remove the lower side cover (for a RH lift: upper side cover) of the power pack.

- Página 9 EXPLANATION [11]Fit a 3 mm flat screwdriver in the acces hole of the OSG (access RH on top, access LH on bottom of power pack frame). [12]Maintaining a light pressure on the OSG activation lever from underneath the power pack{A}, drive the lift DOWN using the remote control until the OSG is activated{B}.

- Página 11 EXPLANATION [15]Remove the screwdriver from the OSG assembly and reinstall the side cover. [16]Turn off the lift{A}. Use the hand winder to move the lift up a short distance to release the OSG{B}. [17]Refit{A} and fasten{B} the upper cover from the power pack. [18]Turn on the lift.
