The ALPHEX-BA control unit is designed to control a 110/230 Vac motor. It is equipped with slow-downs in opening and closing,
built-in receiver, obstacle detection system and force adjustment. DPLUS srls does not assume any responsibility in case of inappropriate
use or in any case different from that foreseen by this manual. It is recommended to follow the instructions.
8 - PROGRAMMING AND ADJUSTING THE CONTROL UNIT
8a - REMOTE CONTROL PROGRAMMING:
•
Press and release button SET; ledDL3 starts flashing slowly.
Press the remote control button; led DL3 will turn on for 2 seconds to confirm the code has been memorized.
•
You can store up to 16 different codes in the on board receiver. If you over pass this limit, while storing the remote control code, led DL3
will flash fast twice and will turn off without accepting anyother code.
We recommend to store the remote controls into the control panel receiver with the antenna NOT wired.
8b -HOW TO ERASE ONLY ONE CODEOF REMOTE CONTROL
Press and release at the same time button SET and BREAK, led DL3 will flash quickly.
•
You have approx.10 sec. to pressthe remote control button where you have stored the code you desire to erase. When code is
•
erased, led DL3 flashes for 1 sec. and then turns off (cancellation confirmed).
8c -HOW TO ERASE ALL THE REMOTE CONTROLS STORED IN THE CONTROL PANEL MEMORY
•
Keep pressed at the same time button SET and BREAK for approx.10 seconds. Led DL3 will flash slowly and after 10 seconds will
turn off.
8d -PRELIMINARY CHECKS BEFORE PROGRAMMING THE OPERATOR
Cut off main power supply, wait for 3 seconds and give power back.
•
Check the led STOP, COSTA, FOTO and F.AP. are lighted up.
•
Manually actuate the limit switches to check correct operation, by acting on F.AP and F.CH the relative led switches off.
•
With the leaf in a central position, operate the motor with the remote control if previously memorized, or by acting on the input
•
START, the movement that the leaf makes must be closing, otherwise invert the motor cables on terminal 6 with 7. Perform this
operation with the power supply excluded.
8e -DOOR MOVEMENT PROGRAMMING WITH ENCODER (DIP 2 SW1 ON OFF)
Close the gate completely (led F.CH must be switched off).
•
Push and releasethe button SET (the led DL3 starts flashing slowly).
•
Pressthe button WORK: the motor starts to open the door.
•
If you wish to set a slowing down point during the opening, push once on the button WORK, otherwise let the door open until the
•
movement reaches the opening limit switch, which will stop the motor (led DL3 turns off).
After 2 seconds the gate will start again; at the point where you want to start the slow down press and release the key WORK
•
otherwise to continue the door until the intervention of the limit switch closes which determines in each case the point of
slowdown. The door continues at a slow speed until it stops on its own in complete closure; the DL3 led goes out. There
centralized memorized travel and slowdown spaces.
8f - DOOR MOVEMENT PROGRAMMING WITHOUT ENCODER (DIP SW1-2 ON)
Close the gate completely (led F.CH must beswitched off).
•
Push and releasethe button SET (the led DL3 starts flashing slowly).
•
Press the button WORK: the motor starts to open the door, until the movement reaches the opening limit switch, which will
•
stopthe motor (led DL3 turns off). After 2 seconds the motor starts to close the door until the movement reaches the closing
limit switch, which determinates the slowing down point. The door will continue to close at slowed fastness for 5 seconds until
its complete stop (led DL3 turns off). The control panel has now memorized the movement.
Notice: To change the programmed duration and / or slowing down, it will be necessary to repeat the programming procedure
