ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove one Allen screw with an Allen key (FF) as
shown and keep the allen screw for the later use.
Separate face plate (C) from wall plate assembly (A).

2. Remove the face plate (C) from the wall plate
assembly (A).
3. Determine the mounting configuration to use based
on the mounting hole pattern on the back of a flat
panel TV (not included).
