Listening to preset stations
eWhen operating with the buttons of the main unit, set the
REMOTE switch to OFF. When operating with the remote
control, set the REMOTE switch to ON.
1 Press the RADIO ON/BAND button repeatedly to select
AM, FM1 or FM2.
2 Press the PRESET AREA + (FF) or — (REW) button
repeatedly until the desired preset number is displayed.
3 Adjust the volume.
Refer to page 22.
After listening, turn off the power by pressing the 1D RADIO OFF
button.
To check the preset number of the station by signal sounds
You can check the preset number of the station that you are
listening to by signal sounds. When you press the PRESET
AREA + (FF) or — (REW) button, the following sounds are heard.
E.g.) Presetnumber 1 one high beep
Presetnumber 3 three high beeps
Presetnumber6 one low beep
The tone of the signal is different between preset numbers 1 — 5
and 6.
