IMPORTANT! Read carefully and keep for future reference. Failure to follow the
instructions herein may lead to serious casualties, personal injury, or scooter damage.
1. Maximum weight: 100Kg 220 lbs. Age of user: over 15 years +.
2. Units shall not be modified from the manufacturer's original design and
configuration.
3. Units shall not be operated to perform racing, stunt riding, or other manoeuvres,
which may cause loss of control, or may cause uncontrolled operator/ passenger
actions or reactions.
4. Persons shall not to allow hands, feet, hair, body parts, clothing, or similar articles to
come in contact with moving parts, wheels, or drive train, while the motor is running.
5. Before each cycle of operation, the operator shall perform the pre-operational
checks specified by the manufacturer.
6. Ensure that all guards and pads originally supplied by the manufacturer are
in proper place and in serviceable condition; that the areas that the units is to
be operated in is safe and suitable for safe operation; that the braking system is
functioning properly; that any and all axle guard, or other covers or guards supplied by
the manufacturer are in place and in serviceable condition, and that tires are in good
condition and have sufficient tread remaining.
7. Take the time to learn the basics of the practice to avoid any serious accident that
can take place in the first months; The owner shall allow the use and operation of
the unit after a demonstration that such operator can understand and operate all
components of the unit before use.
8. Operator shall adhere to all manufacturer's recommendation and instruction, as well
as comply with all laws and ordinances: Units without headlights shall be operated
only with adequate daylight condition of visibility and owner shall be encouraged to
highlight (for better visibility) using lighting, reflectors and low-riding units, signal flags
on flexible poles.
9. Persons with the following condition shall be cautioned not to operate: Those with
heart conditions, pregnant women, person with head, back or neck ailments, or
prior surgeries to those areas of the body; and persons with any mental or physical
conditions that may make them susceptible to injury or impair their physical dexterity
or metal capabilities to recognize, understand, ad perform all of the safety instruction
and to be able to assume the hazards inherent in unit use.
10. Operator always shall use appropriate protective clothing, including but not limited
to a helmet, with appropriate certification, and any other equipment recommended
by the manufacturer.
11. Components shall be maintained and repaired in accordance with the
manufacturer's specifications and using only the manufacturer's authorized
replacement parts with installation performed by dealers or other skilled person.
12. Avoid sharp bumps, drainage grates, and sudden surface changes.
13. Avoid streets and surfaces with water. Sand, gravel ,dirt, leaves and other debris.
