Showing 01: Over voltage means that the controller detects the current
voltage is too high. If it is charging, please unplug the charger and press the
power button to shut it down. When the battery voltage reaches 46V, the
over voltage fault will be showed.
Showing 02: Controller failure, indicating control failure, long press the
power button to shut it down, restart the e-scooter. If the fault still cannot be
eliminated, please contact customer service or your local service center.
Showing 03: Controller temperature is too high, please stop using the
e-scooter and wait 10 minutes. Long press the power button to shut it
down, and then restart. If the fault still cannot be eliminated, please contact
customer service or your local service center.
Showing 04: Communication failure, it is necessary to check whether the
wiring between the display (in the headlight) and the controller (in the deck)
is loose or disconnected; If it is confirmed that the connection is intact and
the fault cannot be eliminated after the shut it down and restart, please
contact customer service or your local service center.
Showing 05: Hall fault, indicating that the cable connected between the
controller and the motor is loose or damaged. It can be verified by re-
plugging the cable between the controller and the motor. If the fault is still
unable to be eliminated after re-plugging, please contact customer service or
your local service center.
Showing 06: Throttle failure. Check if the cable between the display and the
throttle is loose or damaged. If it is confirmed that the line is undamaged and
connected and the fault still cannot be eliminated, then the throttle needs to
be replaced. please contact customer service or your local service center.
Showing 07: Brake failure. Check if the cable between the display and the
brake is loose or damaged. If it is confirmed that the line is undamaged and
connected and the fault still cannot be eliminated, then the brake needs to
be replaced. please contact customer service or your local service center.
Showing 08: Over current protection. The system will enter the over current
protection and need to be reset. Long press the power button to shut it
down, and then restart. If the fault still cannot be eliminated, please contact
customer service or your local service center.
