Switch off, remove the power unit/lid. The ice cream is ready to
serve.

The ice cream produced should be a so� spoonable type. This can be transferred to a
separate container for storage in the freezer.

Remove the frozen mixture or finished ice cream into a clean and dry container using
the plas�c scoop. Do not use metal scoop as it can scratch the removable mixing bowl.

Do not remove the freezer bowl from the freezer un�l ready to make ice cream.

Hints

For the most convenient frozen desserts and drinks, we suggest that you leave your
freezer bowl in the freezer at all �mes so that it is ready for use. Place in a plas�c bag
before freezing. Be sure to place the freezer bowl on a flat surface in its upright posi�on
for even freezing.

Always make sure the freezer bowl is thoroughly dry before placing in the freezer.

Do not puncture or heat the freezer bowl.

For best results always refrigerate the ingredients before making ice cream.

The addi�on of alcohol to recipes inhibits the freezing process.
Freezing Time and Bowl Preparation
The freezer bowl should be placed in a freezer that is operating at
a temperature of -18° Centigrade ( -0.40° Fahrenheit) or below for
8-12 hours to be completely frozen before you begin your recipe.

Before freezing, wash and dry the bowl. The length of �me needed to reach the frozen
state depends on how cold your freezer is. It is recommended that you place the freezer
bowl in the back of your freezer where it is coldest.

Generally, freezing �me is between 8 and 12 hours. Shake the bowl to determine
whether it is completely frozen. If you do not hear the liquid within the bowl moving, the
cooling liquid is therefore frozen. Use the bowl immediately a�er removing from the
freezer. It will begin to quickly defrost once it has been removed from the freezer.
Cleaning

Always switch off, unplug and dismantle before cleaning.

Never immerse the power unit in water or let the cord or plug get wet.

Do not wash all parts in the dishwasher.

Do not clean with scouring powders, steel wool pads, or other abrasive cleaners and
hard implements.
Freezer Bowl

Allow the freezer bowl to reach room temperature before a�emp�ng to clean.

Wash the inside of the bowl, then dry thoroughly. Do not immerse in water.
Paddle
--
Remove the paddle from the power unit.

Wash then dry thoroughly.
