IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precau�ons should always be
followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury, including the
following:

Read all instruc�ons carefully before using.

Always unplug from outlet when not in use, before fi�ng, removing, or cleaning parts.

Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near children. Do not
let the cord hang down where a child could grab it.

Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.

Never pull the cord to disconnect it from the outlet. Grasp the plug and pull it from the
outlet. Never li�, carry or drag the appliance by the power cord.

Do not place the machine on hot surfaces such as stoves, hotplates or near open gas
flames. Do not expose to heat source.

Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or a�er the appliance
malfunc�ons or is dropped or damaged in any manner.

To protect against risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury, do not place cord, plug,
or power unit in water or other liquid. Do not connect or disconnect the electric plug
with wet hands.

Never use an unauthorized a�achment. The use of a�achments not recommended by
VPCOK may cause fire, electric shock or risk of injury.

To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not disassemble the power unit.

Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing, spatulas and other
utensils away during opera�on to reduce the risk of injury to persons and/or damage
to the machine itself.

Never leave the machine on una�ended.

This appliance is for household, non-commercial use only. Do not use outdoors. Any
other use will void the warranty.

This product is intended to be used in dry areas only.

Always make sure everything is thoroughly clean before making ice cream or sorbet.
-
Never freeze ice cream that has been fully or par�ally defrosted.
-
Any ice cream or sorbet containing raw ingredients should be consumed within one
week. Ice cream tastes best when fresh.

Ice cream or sorbet that contains raw or par�ally cooked eggs should not be given to
young children, pregnant women, the elderly or people who are generally unwell.

DO NOT USE SHARP OBJECTS OR UTENSILS INSIDE THE FREEZER BOWL! Sharp objects
will scratch and damage the inside of the freezer bowl. A rubber spatula or wooden
spoon may be used when the appliance is in the OFF posi�on.

To prevent freezer burn, always ensure that hands and utensils are protected and out
of freezer bowl while in use, especially when first removed of the bowl from freezer.

If the freezing solu�on appears to be leaking from the bowl, discon�nue use. The
freezing solu�on is non toxic. Repairs should be made only by authorized personnel.
