6.
Pour the ice cream or sorbet mix into the freezer bowl through the
Ingredient Spout on the Lid.
-
When pouring mixture into the bowl, do not fill the freezer bowl higher than 4 cm
(1.575 inch) from the top, as the mixture will increase in volume during the freezing
process.
-
For recipes that need to be pre-cooked, allow the mixture to cool completely in the
refrigerator.
7.
Allow the mixture to churn until frozen or the desired consistency is
reached. This can take up to 15 to 30 minutes.
-
The me will depend on the recipe and volume of the dessert, room temperature,
ingredient temperature, and bowl temperature you are making. When the mixture has
thickened to your liking, it is done.
-
If you desire a firmer consistency, transfer the dessert to an airght container and store
in the freezer for two or more hours.
Important
--
Do not stop and start the machine during the freezing process, as the mixture may
freeze in contact with the bowl and prevent movement of the paddle.
--
To avoid overheang the motor, the direcon of rotaon will change if the mixture
becomes too thick. If the direcon of rotaon connues to change, stop the machine
when the mixture is ready.
--
In the unlikely event of the motor overheang, a safety cut out will operate causing
the motor to stop. If this happens, switch off, unplug the machine and allow the
power unit to cool.
