3)Choose the appropriate camera name. After confirming the camera name, click "NEXT". The
camera is now connected successfully.
If you're having trouble pairing your camera, check out these suggestions:
1.Please reset and reconnect the camera after the camera is fully charged. Please use a 5v charger
when charging, the camera will be damaged if the voltage is too high.
2.Please turn your phone volume to the maximum, because the camera is paired by sound waves.
3.Before connecting, make sure that the sim card inserted in the camera can be used normally and
the data signal is strong. The data signal of the mobile phone is strong. Please keep the camera and
mobile phone as close as possible (within 1.5 feet) to get a strong data signal.
4.In addition, please confirm the light status of the camera:
①Red light is always on, the signal is too weak, please check whether the antenna is installed or
adjust the position and direction of the device.
②The red and blue indicators flash alternately. The device does not detect the SIM card. Please
confirm that the SIM card has been inserted. If the PIN is enabled on the SIM card, please insert the
SIM caro into the mobile phone to disable the PIN code, and then insert the device to try again.
③The blue light flashes alternately, the signal of the sim card is insufficient or the sim is in arrears,
please replace the sim card or recharge first.
④Red light is flashing, the device is faulty, please contact customer service euro@enster.net.
⑤Blue light is flashing, the connection network is abnormal.
⑥Red and blue lights flashing at the same time, automatic network access failed, please configure
APN.
