7)Why is the detection range of the camera so short, sometimes it cannot be detected?
Please enable PIR detection in the alarm setting of the APP and set the sensitivity to
maximum. Tear off the protective film on the front lens of the camera to ensure the normal
use of PIR detection.
8) My alarm recording is only 15 seconds long, can I set a longer duration ?
Yes, you can set the alarm recording time to 30 seconds in the alarm settings, please
refer to the fifth part of the manual.
9) How do I delete video files from the SD card ?
Video files on the camera's SD card will be automatically overwritten after recording.
For the security of video files, deleting a single file is not supported. If you need to
delete everything, you can format the SD card in the APP.
10) How can I recover the camera password if I forget it ?
The password cannot be recovered. If you forget the password, please press the power
button for one minute and press and hold the reset button for 10-15 seconds, then
release the reset button, surveillance camera will be restored to the default value. And
the password will be restored to the default value "admin". At this time, please re-add
the camera network to the mobile APP.
11)What kind of SIM card is needed? What bands of 4G networks does the camera support?
The package comes with a SIM card that can be used for a fee.
The camera supports 4G LTE-FDD: B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20, and SIM cards from most carriers can
be used.
