4.1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Suitable for measuring childrens' body temperatures.
2. It is designed and manufactured complying with relevant requirements in EN12470-3:
Performance of Compact electrical thermometers (non-predictive and predictive) with maximum
device.
3. It has passed EMC emission test, immunity test according to EN60601-1-2 and biocompatibility
test according to MDD annex 1.
4. According to the degree of protection against electric shock, it is classified to BF, in accordance
with EN60601-1.
5. This product meets the basic safety and essential performance requirements indicated in the
IP22 conditioning test (IP22: Protection level against solid foreign objects and dripping water)
6. Avoid dropping the device or subjecting it to heavy knocks.
7. Never put it in boiling water for sterilizing.
8. Never allow chemical solutions to come into contact with the pacifier and keep away from direct
