GARANTÍA
Peca ofrece seis meses de
garantía contra defectos
de fabricación y problemas
constructivos a partir de
que la pieza sale de nuestro
almacén, siempre y cuando
no sea por maltrato
o a exposiciones excesivas
al sol, las inclemencias
del tiempo o aires
acondicionados. La garantía
no cubre daños causados
por descuidos al desempacar
ni daños en productos
instalados incorrectamente
sin seguir las instrucciones
de Peca. La garantía no cubre
daños por almacenamiento
inadecuado ni mal uso
del producto.
La garantía no aplica
sobre movimiento
o reventado por cambios
de temperatura en productos
de madera. Tampoco aplica
en rayones, golpes ni daños
consecuencia del mal uso
del producto o fuera de los
cuidados recomendados por
Peca. La garantía de Peca
no aplica en defectos propios
de los materiales naturales,
que por sus características,
pudiera tener. Peca
no se hace responsable
de cualquier
comportamiento, vicio,
defecto o consecuencias
relacionadas con el uso
de materiales especiales
solicitados por el cliente, no
propios de la línea de Peca.
En el caso que aplique
la garantía, Peca determinará
si el producto será reparado
o sustituido por uno
equivalente. La garantía es
válida únicamente en el país
y ciudad dónde se adquirió

La garantía cubre
únicamente el flete dentro
de la zona metropolitana de
Guadalajara, México.
WARRANTY
Peca offers a 6-month
warranty on manufacturing
defects and structural
problems only from the
moment the goods leave
our premises. This does not
include scratches or damage
of the goods resulting from
the improper use and/or care
recommended by Peca.
Peca's warranty does not
extend to damage by careless
removal of packaging and/
or by products not installed
according to instructions
provided by Peca. Peca's
warranty does not extend
to damage due to improper
storage, or misuse
of the product.
Peca's warranty does
not cover natural variations
in materials such as leather,
marble, stone, wood or fabric
may have, due to their nature.
Exposure to the elements,
dramatic temperature
variations and/or unusual
conditions in the product,
are not covered in the
warranty. Peca shall not be
held responsible for any flaws,
defects or outcomes resulting
from the use of any custom
materials requested by the
customer different from Peca's
catalogue, and third party
materials applied to products.
When applicable, Peca
shall determine whether the
goods should be repaired,
or replaced by an
equivalent product.
The warranty is only
applicable within the country
and city where the product

shipping in the metropolitan
area of Guadalajara, Mexico,
within the Anillo Periférico.
Peca will determine
whether the warranty applies
