Recall Function
After switching off the hob [

cooking stages of all cooking zones (Booster)
•
minutes and seconds of programmed cooking zone-related timers
The recall procedure is the following:

Press the key [
•
Then press [ II ] before the light stops blinking.
The previous settings are activated again.
Bridge Function
This function allows the use of 2 cooking zones at the same time with the same features as a
single cooking zone. Booster function is not allowed.

Control panel locking
To avoid modification of the setting of the cooking zones , particularly when cleaning, the control
panel can be locked (with exception to the On/Off key [ 0/I ]).

Special Teppan Yaki cooking functions
The Special cooking functions guarantee a precise temperature on the teppan yaki surface, so
that you can cook fish or meat ideally, but also to clean your Teppan Yaki surface (see also
Cleaning and maintenance chapter).
The special cooking functions are available for each cooking zone.
It is also possible to connect two cooking zones (bridge function).

Start-up/stop the special Teppan Yaki cooking functions:
