KENWOOD Limited Warranty
KENWOOD Portable Power Station products are designed and manufactured with advanced technology and
craftmanship. The product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during
the applicable warranty period. This limited warranty remains in effect for the period indicated from the date of the
original consumer purchase.
36 months starting from the date of purchase
Limitations of Limited Warranty
Except as stated below, this warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship for this product. The
following items are not covered under the terms of this warranty.
1. Damage caused by accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper operation or installation,
unauthorized product modification or failure to follow instructions contained in the owner's manual.
2. Units on which the serial number has been defaced, modified, or removed.
3. Damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by someone other than KENWOOD or an Authorized
KENWOOD Service Center.
4. Damage due to unsuitable packing and/or shipment method (Claim must be presented to the shipper).
5. Damage due to acts of nature (ex. Lightning strikes, Tornados, Hurricanes, and such)
6. Damage resulting from installation of parts or accessories which do not conform to the specification and
quality of the original item.
7. Battery cells without initial charging within 7 days after the date of purchase, and at least every 6
months thereafter.
8. Product purchased through unauthorized seller, online auction house, or private seller.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original
purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered.
How to file a warranty claim
1. Please call customer care center (800)-536-9663, for claim number, approval, and instructions on how
to return the product to KENWOOD for inspection.
2. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on warranty claim.
3. Upon completion of inspection, KENWOOD will contact consumer directly for resolution of warranty
claim, and replacement of defective product.
30 day money back guarantee
We offer 30 day money back guarantee for products purchased directly from KENWOOD.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your KENWOOD product, please contact our customer care
center (800)-536-9663 and return the product within 30 days. The product must be returned in the original
packaging, with all accessories included in new or as new condition.
How to Return an item
1. Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer care center (800)-
536-9663.
2. Write RMA number on the UPS shipping label placed outside of the package.
3. Packages without RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted at our warehouse.
The return shipping charge will be covered by KENWOOD.
Limitation of Implied Warranty
All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose, are limited
in duration to the length of this warranty.
Exclusions of certain damages
KENWOOD's liability for any defective product is limited to the repair or replacement of said product, at our
option, and shall not include damages of any kind, whether incidental, consequential, or otherwise. Some
states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exti,nsion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
If a problem develops during or after the limited warranty period, or if you have any questions regarding
the operation of the product, you should contact your KENWOOD Authorized Dealer or Authorized Service
Center. If the problem or your question is not handled to your satisfaction, please contact our Customer
Relations Department at the address listed below.
