IN CASE OF MALFUNCTION
If you encounter a problem with one of our products, we invite you to follow the detailed
procedure below:
STEP 1 : TR Y A DIF F E RE N T USB PO R T
Try connecting the receiver to a different USB port and check the receiver status. By trying a
different USB port you could eliminate problems inherent to the USB port.
Always use a direct USB port, no USB HUB or replicator. The connection to a USB HUB may work
but will be less stable than a direct connection.
Please note that the use of desktop fan accessories may interfere with the USB receiver,
especially when used on a laptop. In case of problem disconnect all other devices before trying
the receiver on different USB ports.
STEP 2 : R EP LA CE TH E BAT T E RIE S
This can happen if the batteries are discharged or non-compliant. We recommend using batteries
intended for the use of electronic products. Check that the batteries are correctly placed in their
position and in the correct direction.
STEP 3 : TES T T HE PR O DUC T O N ANOTHE R DEV ICE
It is possible that the problem is software. In this case, try connecting the USB receiver to another
computer, or even a SMART TV, or other device with a USB port.
If it still does not work, go to step 4.
STEP 4 : R ES E T T HE PROD UCT
In some cases, the connection between the USB receiver and your product may need to be reset.
To reset the connection, follow the guide in "Resetting the USB Receiver" on the next page.
