The outdoor unit is pre-charged with refrigerant. To ensure that the air
conditioners function correctly, respect the connection requirements
between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit:
Minimum and maximum length
Maximum height difference
Maximum number of bends
The vertical location of indoor and outdoor units can be adjusted according
to the installation requirements. If the outdoor unit is installed higher than
indoor units and H1, H2, H3, H4, H5 > 7 m, oil trap must be set every 3
meters on the vertical gas pipe. In other cases, oil trap do not need be
installed.
Depending on the total length of refrigerant pipes, you might need to add
refrigerant in the system.
