2. Unbuckle the two straps under the
seat and raise the Footrest into a

horizontal position
NOTE: The straps MUST be unbuckled
(see pg. 34) and the Footrest must be
horizontal before placing the child into
the seating area.
3. Press down on the inside of the seating
area to flatten it down.
