Instructions
Grease all moving parts of the head. Pay particular attention
to the two console shafts 1 (figure 15) and the brass guide
blocks 2 (figure 15).
After cleaning the area under the rounding table (section
8.4.), also grease all the moving parts. Pay particular
attention to the plastic slider 1 (figure 16) and the cross
bearing 2 (figure 16).
Check the tension of the V-belt, and tighten it if the
rounding has started to slow down. Tighten the V-belt on
the right side (outside) of the machine hand-tight using the
hex pipe spanner.
Check the oil level of the hydraulic system. The reservoir
should be 3/4 full. A dipstick is fitted to the reservoir cap.
The dipstick should have oil on it when removed.
