Connecting the Antenna

Connect the supplied FM wire antenna
(aerial) to the receiver as illustrated below.
Before connecting the antenna (aerial), be
sure to disconnect the AC power cord (mains
lead).

Note
• Be sure to fully extend the FM wire antenna
(aerial).
• After connecting the FM wire antenna (aerial),
keep it as horizontal as possible.

Connecting to a Network

Select the connection method based on your
LAN (Local Area Network) environment.
The following illustrations are configuration
examples of a home network with the
receiver and a server.
When using wired LAN
connection
We recommend that you connect the server
to the router with a wired connection.
Connect your receiver to the network using a
LAN cable* (not supplied).
