10. FAQs and technical support

The MFDs are not recognized, or
disconnect unexpectedly.
Power off your computer, disconnect your MFDs, then
reconnect them and restart your computer.
If the problem persists, connect the MFDs to other USB
ports, or connect them directly to a USB hub powered by
an electrical outlet.
Avoid connecting your MFDs to a USB hub that is not
powered by an electrical outlet.
