One red light and one green light
flashed in turn during the operation

One red light flashed on and off

One red light on when battery is
plugged to the charger

Temperature out of
working range

Battery issues
Charger plugged, no
battery connected
Pins not connected well

Corrective action

Allow the battery pack to
reach normal temperature
about
30 seconds. Charging
will begin when the
temperature of the battery
pack returns to 5°C and
45°C
Contact an authorized
service center.
Put the battery pack
into charger. Contact an
authorized service center.
