10.1 Cleaning the baking compartment

NOTICE
Cleaning
Only clean the baking compartment when it is cold.
The baking compartment should be cleaned after every time it is used and after heavy soiling.
Procedure:
1) Remove Keramott blocks from the baking compartment.
2) The Keramott can be cleaned using a damp cloth, water and mild washing-up liquid.

10.2 Cleaning the door window

Spray window with glass cleaner and leave it for a moment to take effect.
• We recommend cleaning the glass with our Austroflamm glass cleaner or a commercially available
window cleaner.
• Prevent door- or window seals from coming into contact with water or cleaner, since these will oth-
erwise harden and in doing so lose their function. Only intact seals ensure that your fireplace insert
functions flawlessly.

10.3 Cleaning the chimney

The necessary service work should be carried out by the manufacturer of the system or an appropriate
specialist company. For this purpose the conclusion of a maintenance contract is recommended.
The chimney must likewise be regularly cleaned by the district master chimney sweeper. The latter will
inform you of the necessary intervals.

1) Open door.
2) Take out Keramott blocks individually.
1) Undo all screws from the insert and take out the insert.
 This way the chimney sweep can carry out the
chimney cleaning.
