EN - PROGRAMMING T OF THE CONTROL PANEL
Adjustment of the torque - POWER
The torque adjustment is one of the most important stages for control panel installation, since it has been designed to reduce to the
minimu the risk of crushing. Make sure that leaves can be stopped at any time according to current regulations. Power supplied to the
operators can be regulated from 50 to 100% adjusting POWER trimmer. Turn the trimmer clockwise to increase output power and torque,
and turn anti-clockwise to lower power and torque. Torque measurements must be carried out according to regulations. It is mandatory
to check from time to time the correct adjustment of POWER trimmer in order to guarantee that control panel work safely at all times.
Pre program test
To be carried out with the gate leaves in half open position and only after having installed all the safety devices according to regulations.
Make sure connections to the motors are well made, taking into account that the first operation will be an opening. Make sure that the
first motor to open is motor M1 In case it's not the first to open, invert the connection cables of the two motors (terminals 14-15-16 with
17-18-19). Make sure that motors M1 and M2 moves in opening: otherwise, invert the connection to terminals 15-16(M1) and 18-19(M2).
Programming the control panel
Programming working time and slowing down for double swing gate.
1) With gate leaves in completely closed position, press SET button. LED DL10 begins flashing.
2) Press WORK button. motor M1 opens.
3) When motor M1 leaf is almost open, press WORK button to fix slowing down position in opening
4) When motor M1 leaf is completely open, wait for 3 seconds before pressing WORK button: the electric motor cuts off . Working time of
motor M1 is now stored.
5) Press WORK button again. Timing of opening delay from leaf 1 and leaf 2 will start.
6) Pressing again work button will stop the delay timing and motor M2 opens,
7) When motor M2 leaf is almost open, press WORK button to fix slowing down position in opening
8) When motor M2 leaf is completely open wait for 3 seconds before pressing WORK button: the electric motor cuts off. Working time of
motor 2 is now stored,
9) Press WORK button. Motor M2 . closes
10) Wait delay time from leaf 2 and leaf 1 in closing, then press WORK button. Motor M1 will close.
After the leaves are closed, programming is completed and control panel will switch to working mode automatically.
In order to programme by means of remote control button (it must be previously stored) , at point 1. above press Set and Work button at
the same time (LED DL10 will flash) and continue from point 2. Press remote control button where Work button is mentioned in the above
procedure.
N.B. When interruption of the programming occurs (photocells, stop) it is necessary to restart from point 2.
Programming Working time and slowing down for single swing gate (SW1 - DIP 1 = ON)
1) With gate leaf in completely closed position, press SET button. LED DL10 begins flashing
2) Press WORK button. Motor M1 opens.
3) When leaf is almost open, press WORK button to fix slowing down position in opening.
4) ) When leaf is completely open, wait for 3 sec before pressing WORK button: the electric motor cuts off. Working time is now stored.
5) Press WORK button, the motor closes.
After the gate is closed, programming is completed and control panel will switch to working mode automatically.
N.B. When interruption of programming occurs (photocells, stop) it is necessary to restart from the point 2.
Programming time automatic closing (pause time):
1) With the gate closed, press and release SET button. The DL10 LED starts flashing.
2) Press BREAK button . The control panel starts timing and it activates the flasher
3) Press BREAK button again.Timing will stop and resulting time will be stored as pausing time before automatic closing.
Desabling automatic reclosing:
1) With the gate closed, press and release SET. The DL10 LED starts flashing
2) Press t BREAK button twice until the DL10 LED turns off.
Storing and deleting radio codes
Press and release SET button (LED DL10 flashes).
Push desired button on remote control to be stored. The control board will automatically store radio code and terminate the procedure.
(LED DL10 turns off). A maximum of 32 different codes can be stored. Storing radio code for pedestrian PED command. Press the SET
button twice (LED DL10 flashes fast). Push desired button on remote control for pedestrian opening to be stored. The control board will
automatically store radio code and terminate the procedure.(LED DL10 turns off). A maximum of 32 different codes can be stored.
Cancellation of all radio codes.
Press at the same time SET and BREAK buttons for 10 seconds until led DL10 flashes quickly. Release the buttons, led DL10 turns off and
all the codes will be erase.
