- Position insulating seal 3 on the sleeve, placing cord 2 between

combustion head penetrates the furnace up to the length rec-

ommended by the generator manufacturer.

- Fasten the burner 4 to the boiler 1 by means of the stud bolts,
washers and the nuts provided 7.
N.B. Completely seal the space between the burner sleeve and
the hole in the refractory material inside the boiler door with
suitable material.

ASSEMBLING THE GAS TRAIN

There are different possible assembly configurations for the gas
train according to the different installation requirements, as shown
in the diagram (8, 8a, 9). The burners are supplied with gas train
connections facing downwards.
Due to the air-gas command devices and their relative fixed con-
nections there are only two solutions for TBG 35P, (8 e 8a).
Only the TBG 35 can provide for the assembly of the gas train ac-
cording to configuration 9.
PREPARATION FOR CONNECTION WITH TRAIN
TURNED UPWARDS (TBG 35)
If you wish to turn the train entrance upwards, before applying the
burner to the boiler, follow the subsequent procedure.
1) Following the instructions detailed in the "Maintenance" para-
graph, extract the mixer assembly and remove the screws (1)
which connect the unit's forward movement rod (2) to the gas
delivery pipe (3) passing through the hole (4) made in the bend
coupling (figure 1).
2) Turn the bend coupling through 180° in such a way as to match
the gas delivery pipe to the hole (4a) made in a diametrically
opposed position to the coupling itself. Reconnect the unit's for-
ward movement rod (2) and the gas delivery pipe (3) with the
screws (1) in figure 1.
3) Now remove the 4 nuts (5) in figure 2, disassemble the flame
pipe (6) and, after having unscrewed the lung (7) from the rela-
tive stud bolts, reposition them with the threaded connection for
fixing the gas train upwards.
4) To complete the operation fix the flame pipe (6) and the lung (7)
with the 4 nuts (5), finally reposition the mixing unit in the rela-
tive housing.
At this point it is possible to install the burner in the boiler with
the valve train as shown in configuration 9 illustrated in paragraph
"Gas train assembly".
