Dear Welch Allyn CP 150™ 12-lead electrocardiograph owner:
Enclosed is a new software update, version 1.00.03, to improve the functionality of your
electrocardiograph.
Software improvements include:
• Improved touch screen response time
• Resolved the
• Resolved unexpected shut down
• Increased LCD brightness during start up
Updating your CP 150 software to version 1.00.03
Before you begin
To perform the update, you will need the following:
• The USB drive that contains the update utility.
• The CP 150 you plan to update.
• A cable to connect the CP 150 to AC power.
• An AC power outlet.
Update the software
1. From the ECG home tab, touch the Settings tab. The ECG tab and the vertical ECG configuration tab
appear.
2. Touch the Device tab.
3. Touch the Updates tab.
4. Insert a USB flash drive containing the latest software into a USB port on the back of the device and
touch the Update button.
"Update complete. Press OK to reboot." appears after the update is complete.
5. Touch OK.
The device automatically reboots.
Note Do NOT remove the USB drive or AC power from the device during reboot.
6. Remove the USB drive from the CP 150.
