To fix the fan to the pump bottom:

dimensions: 127 x 127 x 38 mm (5 x 5 x 1.5 in.)

Position it ensuring that the the two slotted-holes in the sheet
plate are aligned with the 2 holes in the pump base shown in the
image 28.
Then insert the respective washers and screws and tighten with
the supplied allen key.
Connect the fan to the controller.
