Service inspection

Ensure that all screws and bolts are properly tightened, and check the
functionality of the product.

Trouble-shooting

Symptom
The product can't be
moved sideways or
up and down.
The locking handle
for horizontal
adjustment doesn't
lock.
Remove dust from the wall tracks

a regular basis. Wipe the wall tracks with
silicone. Lubricate the locking handles
WD 40 or equivalent.

It is recommended on a weekly basis to adjust
the product to its maximum up, down and
sideways positions.
Cause
There might be dirt or
dust on the walltracks.
The lock is not properly
adjusted.
