- Página 3 Installing Batteries Remove the battery com- partment cover. Insert two AAA batteries as shown in the figure. Be sure to observe the correct polarity. Replace the batteries when the indicator becomes dark. If you’ll be using amPlug for an extended period of time, we recommend that you use alkaline batteries.
