If the electrical cable is damaged it must be substituted by the manufacturer, authorized service centers or by
qualified personal in order to avoid damage. Never try to repair it by yourself. Use the same procedure for any
other anomaly.

this instruction manual. In case of needing additional clarifications consult directly with the manufacturer.
WARRANTY
This product is guaranteed by BIOELECTRONICS for ONE YEAR after the date of purchase.
CONDITIONS
To make effective this guarantee, you must present the product and this guarantee policy, properly filled, sealed
and dated by the retail, in the place where it was purchased or in any of the Authorized Service Centers indicated
in the directory attached to this product.
Our guarantee includes the repairs, reposition or change of the product or any of its components without charges
or fees for the client, including labour cost and transportation costs.
The time of repair will be of maximum 30 work days due to the date of reception of the product in any of the
Authorized Service Centers.
The consumer can require the guarantee to be effective in the retailer where the product was purchased.
Verify that the device is plugged to the power supply. Make sure that
the power outlet is working correctly.
Check that the voltage of the power supply the device is plugged to be
the same as the recommended for this product.
If after considering all these points the device still does not turn on,
contact the manufacturer or any of the authorized service centers.
This product may cause mild skin irritation, redness or feeling the zone
hot; this will disappear in a few minutes after using the device. In case
of dry or swollen skin, must be because there was too much pressure
used on the zone or used the device for too much time.
If you detect any abnormal condition in your skin suspend the usage
immediately and contact your doctor.
