OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
OPERATION
1.- Hold the device with the left hand and use your right hand to turn the "Ion-V" steam emitter ring counter
clockwise.
2.- Use a glass of water to fill the stainless-steel deposit to a max of 4/5 of its capacity (It's recommended to use
drinking or distilled water for better results).
3.- Hold the device with the left hand and use your right hand to turn the "Ion-V" steam emitter ring clockwise
full lock.
4.- Push the desired mask inside the internal borders of the steam emitter ring.
5.- Plug the device to the power supply (remember to check and assure that the device is in optimal conditions,
refer to the "BEFORE START" section of this manual.
6.- Press the On / Off button. (If the product is turned on without water in the deposit the button light will blink and
wont heat until filled with water).
7.- To adjust the amount of steam emitted (in both masks) you can turn the outer "Ion V" steam emitter ring right
or left.
DEVICE CLEANING
1.- Turn off and unplug the device
2.- Use only a soft and moist cloth for cleaning and a dry soft cloth to remove the moisture. Never
soak your device.
3.- Never submerge the steamer in any kind of liquid or fluid.
4.- Do not use abrasive materials like: wire brushes, gasoline, kerosene or solvents to clean this device.
5.- Do not use abrasive cleaning liquids.
STORAGE
Keep the steamer in its box or a clean, dry place. Avoid the contact with sharp, pointed objects that could cut or pierce
the device or the surface material. To maintain the integrity of the cable DO NOT WRAP IT AROUND THE DEVICE.
DO NOT hang the device by the electrical power.

QUESTION
The device does not emit steam
when turned on and has water
inside.
Note: You must turn off the device when swapping the emitter masks.
Make sure that the electrical cable is plugged in correctly and it's not
damaged. (refer to the "Anomalies and Reparations" section of this
manual). Press the On / Off button. Make sure the water level in the
container is not too low. If problems persist please communicate to
customer service.
