Incidents

In the case of Airzone Blueface thermostats, a warning will appear on the display screen.

WARNINGS

Active window. Indicates that the air conditioning has been suspended in the zone due to an
open window. Only available in systems that have enabled the control of windows.
Active presence. This notice indicates that no presence has been detected in the area for 5
minutes, and the Sleep function has been activated with a shutdown time of 90 minutes. Only
available in systems with presence control enabled.
Preparing. This warning indicates that the cooling/heating coil is outside the set temperature
limits, the ventilation is disabled until the working temperature required to meet the demand
is reached.
Anti-freezing. This alert will activate only if the unit is in heating mode, even when stopped,
once the ambient temperature drops below 12°C. The alert will remain until the temperature
exceeds 16°C.
