7. Fixing the lid: Align the notch of
the lid with the edge of the bowl,
put it down and press backward.

Rinsing cycle

Caution: After re-assembly and before re-starting the appliance for serving, make sure to
carry out the rinsing cycle.
1. Fill the bowl with clean water.
2. Run the simple cleaning mode. For details, please see Section "To simply clean a desired bowl".
3. Turn off the appliance. Then empty the bowl.

Cleaning the filter

There is a removable air filter on the bottom of the
appliance. Pull it out and clean with a vacuum cleaner or
warm water.
Caution: Always ensure to clean the filter in time.
A dirty filter or condenser will impair the appliance
performance.

Periodic maintenance

Caution:
• The appliance must be periodically checked (at least once a year) by a specialized
technician. This is to ensure that all the components and the appliance itself
are maintained at a high level of safety. Users are forbidden to perform periodic
maintenance.
• Worn components must be replaced with original spare parts. Never use parts or
accessories which are not recommended by the manufacturer. They could pose a safety
risk to the user and might damage the appliance.
• Never attempt to use the appliance when any component is faulty or worn.

Replacing the light bulb

Light bulb replacement should be carried out only by professional technician.

Cleaning the condenser

Periodically cleaning the condenser can extend the life of the appliance. POLAR recommend that a POLAR
agent or qualified technician should clean the condenser.
