MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY

All OPS CALL smartwatches are built with highly professional
technical criteria, using innovative materials, quality tested.
OPS CALL smartwatches are water resistant but are not suitable for
diving and water sports, as the effectiveness of the seals could be
compromised.
For all models it is recommended not to press the buttons/not to
remove the crown in direct contact with water.

SERVICE UNDER WARRANTY

To obtain the warranty service, the customer must present the
warranty certificate or write to customercare@diffusioneorologi.it to
be guided in the event of an online purchase. To be valid, this
certificate must be duly completed and dated by the retailer from
whom the smartwatch was purchased. The postage insurance costs
for sending the smartwatch to an authorized service center are
exclusively borne by the owner of the smartwatch.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

Your smartwatch is guaranteed for twenty-four months starting from
the date of purchase according to the conditions specified in this
document. This warranty is internationally valid and covers any
material and manufacturing defects.
