to carry your bicycle?
• FOR LOADING as shown
above, begin instructions on
reverse side of this sheet.
• TO CHANGE the loading
side, start here.
Separate plates
and lift arm out.
Use the SHORTEST bolt to attach wheel tray to arm assembly.
Insert tray
lock at
back of
wheel tray.
FOR LONG CROSSBAR SPREAD, attach rear
wheel strap before the short bolt.
Attach rear hex
key and tighten.

Open red lever.
You must change the position of the "dog"—
Slide the dog up to
sleeve on arm.
Approximately* 12" / 30cm
Insert the shorter
bolt into the rear
end of the wheel
tray.
To attach front hex keys, first raise
arm into a vertical position.
Remove red
lever
assembly.
Rotate the dog 180°. Slide the dog back
onto rivets.

This distance will
require
adjustment for
varying bike
styles.
Install
snaparounds.
For short crossbar spreads, attach front
and rear wheel straps.
Now you are ready to load your bike.
SEE OTHER SIDE for loading your bike,
and for locking the AnkleBiter to your rack.
Flip lever assembly and reattach.
Replace arm into plate assembly.
Dog should be looking away from
plate opening.
Tighten.
Set tray assembly on bars with short bolt
inserted into snaparound.
Insert bolts,
and attach hex keys.
Tighten keys so that
they align with
wheeltray.
Align bump to
hole in arm.
