VPR/VPT500 PSTN Module
The VPT/VPR500 is a PSTN module of the VISION wireless alarm system, which allows it to connect to PSTN network. The two models
are identical, except that the VPT500 has a terminal block connection, and the VPR model has RJ11 connection.
A green LED supplies off-hook indication.
For the PSTN programming information, refer to the VISION's Installation guide (P/N: 4410517).

How to install the VPR/VPT500
Disconnect from AC and battery power before installation.
Follow the next steps to install the module.
1. Open the VISION's enclosure: release the two screws at the bottom, and remove the lid.
2. Mount the module on its designated connector (marked in red in the image on the right); Make sure
to connect the module's plastic standoff.
3. Connect the phone line cords between the Line IN terminals (VPT), or RJ11 connector (VPR),
and the phone socket.
4. Connect other phone sets to the Line OUT terminals (VPT), or RJ11 connector (VPR).
5. Close the lid and fasten the screws.
6. Connect to power.
