Failure to connect directly to the vehicle battery could
cause vehicle damage and/or trailer lighting failure.
12. At rear of the vehicle, strip 5/16" of insulation from the black
12 gauge wire and connect it to the black wire using the butt
connector on the tail light converter.
13. Reattach the vehicle's Negative(-) battery wire.
14. Place the 10 amp fuse into the fuse holder installed in
Step 10.
15. Confirm correct operation with a test light or by using a
properly equipped trailer.
16. Secure all wires using cable ties provided. The
T-Connectors black box should be secured on a flat clean area
by using the 2 sided tape provided.
17. Re-install all previously removed parts from
the preceeding steps.
