FROTH-PAK™ MINI – OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
TEMPERATURE
FROTH-PAK™ MINI polyurethane foam can be applied effectively in
cold air temperatures or on cool work surfaces (above freezing) pro-
vided the kit contents is at 20 °C - 25 °C.
DISPOSAL
Cured foam and empty cans need to be disposed of in compliance
with all local and national laws and regulations.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If your spray pattern becomes noticeably different, replace the
nozzle. If the problem persists, remove the nozzle and carefully acti-
vate the dispenser into a waste container. Two chemical streams of
approximately equal volume should flow. Clean any chemical from
the face of the INSTA-Flo gun with a clean rag. Insert a new nozzle.
If the foam is friable or brittle, the foam is ISO rich, and a partial
blockage of the polyol side exists. Clear the blockage from the poly-
ol side.
If foam remains soft or mushy, the foam is polyol rich and a partial
blockage of the ISO side exists. Clear the blockage from the ISO side.
STORAGE
Store FROTH-PAK™ MINI polyurethane foam cylinders between
15 °C and 25 °C in a clean dry area. Protect from sun and tempera-
tures above 50 °C.
