3. CARING FOR YOUR MACHINE

To ensure the best possible operation of your
machine, it is necessary to keep the essential
parts clean at all times.
A l w a y s d i s c o n n e c t t h e
machine from power supply
by removing the plug from the
CAUTION
electrical outlet.
CLEANING THE FEED DOGS
AND SHUTTLE AREA
A. Raise the needle to its highest position.
B.
1. Remove the bobbin case from the shuttle.
2. Push aside the two shuttle keepers.
3. Remove the shuttle race cover and shuttle.
C. Clean the feed dogs and shuttle area with
the lint brush.
NOTE:Put a drop of sewing machine
oil on the center pin of the shuttle and
shuttle race as indicated by the arrows.
1. Be sure the shuttle race forms a half moon

on the left side of the machine.
2. Holding the shuttle by its ce-nter pin,
replace it so as to form a half moon on the
right side.
3. Slide the shuttle race cover back into
position.

position.

3. CURA E MANUTENZIONE DELLA
MACCHINA
Al fine di ottenere un rendimento perfetto
della macchina per cucire, è indispensabile
che le parti principali siano sempre pulite.
ATTENZIONE
PULIZIA GRIFFA TRASPORTO
E AREA CROCHET
A. Portare l'ago nella sua posizione più alta.
B.
1. Rimuovere la capsula della spolina dal crochet.
2. Portare i 2 perni chiudi crochet verso l'esterno.
3. Rimuovere il crochet ed il ferma crochet.
C.
Pulire la griffa trasporto e l'area crochet con una
spazzolina.
N O T E : mettere una goccia di olio per
macchina per cucire al centro del crochet
e del manda crochet, nel punto indicato
dalla freccia nella figura in alto.
1. Per riassemblare il tutto, assicurarsi che il

manda crochet formi una mezza luna sul
lato sinistro della macchina.
2. Tenendo il crochet dal perno centrale,
inserirlo nel manda crochet in modo da
formare una mezza luna sul lato destro.
3. Appoggiare il ferma crochet nel crochet
per farlo scattare in posizione.
4. Riportare i 2 perni chiudi crochet in
posizione originale, chiudendoli.
